Bunyip Hollow is all about great quality food, and responsible production. Our winery will have unusual wines produced at Bunyip Hollow using less common grapes sourced from around the world.
Basically, we are sharing what we love with others.
The Bunyip Hollow site has a fantastic billabong we will be restoring and a central lagoon.
We are sharing our land with a local not for profit organisation, Our Native Garden, who specialise in native plants, growing and education of them, and their nursery will be at Bunyip Hollow.
We love Bush Tucker food, and think it is under represented in Australia, so we intend to share the knowledge of how tasty and productive it is.
